These general business conditions regulate the basics of business relations between the Zimmer Frei Travel Agency and the consumers to whom it provides services.
The general conditions are made in written form and are available at the office of the Zimmer Frei Travel Agency at Ulica Higijeničko društva 21, 21450 Hvar and on the website www.fortravel.hr.

2. HOW TO SUBMIT COMPLAINTS
In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection and the Law on the Provision of Services in Tourism, the consumer has the right to submit written complaints, in the following manner:
– in person at the office of FOR travel d.o.o., at Ulica Higijeničko društva 21, 21450 Hvar, Croatia, during the agency’s working hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
– by mail to FOR travel d.o.o., Ulica Higijeničko društva 21, 21450 Hvar, Croatia.
– via electronic mail to e-mail: info@fortravel.hr.
When submitting a complaint, the consumer is obliged to FOR travel d.o.o. provide your personal information, e-mail address or other contact that will enable the agency to send a written response to the submitted complaint.

About the submitted written complaint to FOR travel d.o.o. will confirm its receipt without delay and respond to the complaint within 15 days from the day of receiving the complaint, also in writing.
3. CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES
If you want to cancel or change the reservation, you can contact us by e-mail at info@fortravel.hr. Cancellation becomes effective with a written response from the Zimmer Frei agency.
If the reservation is canceled at any time, the Zimmer Frei agency reserves the right to charge the agreed reservation cost.
There are no charges for passenger name changes. Changes to accommodation dates are possible upon agreement, subject to availability. The price may or may not be the same for the new arrival date.
Unless otherwise stated in the reservation confirmation (due to extraordinary circumstances, global pandemic and inability to travel, etc.), canceling the reservation in most cases forfeits the deposit. Payment of the remaining amount is by agreement.
If the reservation is canceled in accordance with a special offer or at a reduced price, no refund will be provided.
If the Zimmer Frei agency and the guest for any reason agree to pay in full after the guest’s arrival and not before arrival, the guest is obligated to pay the remaining amount of the reservation in the event that the reservation is canceled.
In agreement with the owner of the accommodation unit, in special cases, the Zimmer Frei agency can refund part or all of the payment to the guest.
